About The Callroom by Dr. Coffee
The Callroom by Dr. Coffee started with a very ordinary observation: hospitals run on caffeine, and almost nobody inside one has time to leave for a decent cup. So we set up on the second floor of Madonna Hospital in CDO close enough that a nurse on break can be back on the floor before her coffee cools.
Why "The Callroom"
In a hospital, the Callroom is where staff catch a few minutes of rest between rounds. We borrowed the name because that’s exactly what we wanted the space to be somewhere you can sit down, breathe, and not be needed for five whole minutes. The coffee is the excuse.
What Makes Us a Specialty Coffee Shop, Not a Kiosk
Everything starts with 100% Arabica, brewed to order. From there it branches out: espresso classics like the Americano, flat white and Spanish latte; our house signature Dr. Viet; a Milk Series for anyone who wants sweet and cold instead of strong; Soda and Yakult series for the non-coffee drinkers; and cookies baked in our own kitchen, wrapped fresh each morning.
Who We Serve
Doctors between consults. Nurses coming off night shift. Families waiting on news upstairs. Med reps, students, and people who just work nearby and know where the good coffee is. Our hours, sizes and prices are all built around that crowd rather than around a tourist trade.
We Travel Across Cagayan de Oro, Too
Our mobile coffee cart takes the same beans and the same baristas out to birthdays, weddings, debuts, hospital events and corporate launches across CDO — cart, team, custom menu and branded cups included.

We’re on duty Monday to Saturday, 6 AM to 6 PM, on the 2nd floor of Madonna Hospital along JV Serina Street. Walk-ins welcome, no appointment needed.
